What this site collects.

This is a gated preview of the Summit website. Advisory-board inquiries, sponsor inquiries, colleague nominations and agenda priorities are stored privately when submitted. Attendee registration takes place through the embedded Nunify form.

Inquiries

Your name, work email, company, role and contribution or question are stored when you submit an inquiry. You can request access to or deletion of that record at any time (see below).

Analytics and follow-up

Registration and follow-up systems are being prepared separately. The site may use Vercel Web Analytics and RB2B company-level identification after a visitor allows analytics. Company-level identification reports the business network that visited a page. The default implementation does not retain person-level identification.

Site reliability

We use Sentry to record technical failure categories and the software version involved. Error reports exclude contact details, form answers, request data, private welcome links and IP addresses. Session recording is disabled.

Referrals

A referral is accepted only when the referrer confirms that Master B2B may send one professional invitation naming them. Both the referrer’s email and the referred colleague’s details are stored for that single invitation and are not used for unrelated outreach.

Agenda votes and table planning

Agenda votes and table choices are kept in your browser as you work, and are saved to Master B2B’s database when you save a vote or share a table, so it can gauge topic demand and shape sessions. If you add your email to a vote, it is stored so Master B2B can send you the final agenda. Both are optional.

Going cards

When you create a card, we save the name, company, title and optional photo and logo you choose to share. The card and its image can be viewed by people with the link. The shared-password card form does not collect your email or add you to the confirmed-attendee list. It uses a private cookie to remember card access for seven days. To request removal, contact Master B2B with your card link.

Summit assistant

The assistant selects reviewed answers from this website. Questions are processed by the site server, not sent to an AI provider. Chat text is not saved to the contact database or included in analytics events. The conversation remains in this browser tab until you start over or leave the page.

Operator Lab

The Lab keeps your full answers, decision text and system entries in this browser session. Unlocking saves your work email, company, consent choices and a versioned summary with check and evidence IDs. Public links show discussion checks, without your identity or full answers. Lab contact records and saved summaries, including earlier prototype records, are deleted after 12 calendar months. An identical retry does not restart this period. Marketing updates are a separate, optional choice.

Each tool has an optional AI checkbox. When selected, the relevant answers and review checks are sent to Anthropic to suggest a discussion order. AI does not write the findings or change your answers. Nothing is sent to Anthropic while that option is unticked. Do not enter names, customer records, trade secrets or other confidential information.

To prevent abuse, the Lab uses a keyed hash of the client IP address. These rate-limit records expire within 24 hours and are cleared during daily maintenance. Raw IP addresses are not saved in these records. Deletion records are kept separately so that deleted contacts can be removed again after a database recovery.
